In many cases, what began as a business partnership has developed into deep personal relationships – both with our team and with among the ownership groups. Patrick and Ashley started with a family furniture store in Grand Junction but quickly realized that mattresses were a whole lot easier than furniture. They’ve been with us since 2004 and have shown that agility in the face of adversity is a necessary quality for a business owner!
Scott joined the network in 2015 and is in the process of opening his fifth store. He’s a testament to refusing to settle for “B” locations or sales staff and is a great resource for those looking to get out of the 2-store plateau.
Rich and Jeff got their start as a Carpet One store that added an America’s Mattress Gallery to their location. After seeing the sales and profit opportunities in mattresses, they sold their carpet business to focus on opening additional America’s Mattress stores. Their stores are located in small towns along the Oregon coast; markets where they are achieving over 40% share because people love doing business with them!
Chris’s America’s Mattress stores are a part of his larger Gamble Home Furnishings empire. He and his family started in the furniture business in 1990 and they’ve become pillars of their community by supporting a number of local groups and events.
